Althea is the Vice President of Homebuyers Services & Management for Builders of Hope Community Development Management. She manages the homebuyer process and approval as well as the homeownership center. She assists with community engagement. Ann has over 15 years of experience in homeownership counseling and property management. She is also the founder of Tricia's Girls Way a nonprofit organization committed to providing support, resources, and opportunities to low and moderate-income families to assist them in becoming economically self-sufficient and empower them to change their lives and community.
