About Patrick LeBlanc

Patrick LeBlanc is an advocate for mental health.  After spending over 15 years working with mental health facilities in the Dallas / Fort Worth area, Patrick knows the value of identifying signs of concern before a crisis occurs.  He has presented at conferences and workshops throughout Texas before audiences large and small and is known for engaging those in attendance.

Patrick holds a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, a Master of Biblical and Theological Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary and currently pursuing his Doctor of Ministry. He holds a Level 1 Professional Certification in Trauma and Resilience from Florida State University and is a Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor.

In 2019, he founded the Bridging the Gap Foundation. This non-profit is committed to assisting communities in Dallas with help and hope for those struggling with mental health issues. Its mission is to address the disparities associated with mental health and access to quality care within underserved communities through acknowledgment, advocacy, and assistance to people with mental health challenges.   For more information on Bridging the Gap Foundation you can visit https://www.btgf.org.
